How quickly will my order ship?
KSP’s goal is to ship all orders received by 2pm each business day. Seasonality, carrier pick up, order size and unplanned spikes all have the opportunity to impact that goal. When that happens, our goal is to ship within a business day.
How does KSP determine where my product is stored in the warehouse?
KSP uses velocity data to support the location in the warehouse. An item that is ordered frequently will be placed in a location that is nearest to a fulfillment area.
Does KSP ship internationally?
YES! Our warehouse management system will support the necessary data required for a successful international shipment.
Can I tour the warehouse?
