Inside Our Minnesota Fulfillment Center
Every KSP order ships from one building at 8100 Oxbow Creek Dr. in Brooklyn Park, just northwest of Minneapolis. It holds about 225,000 square feet of climate-controlled, FDA-registered space, where your inventory is received, stored, kitted, picked, packed and shipped. If you're deciding where your products should live, walk the floor first.

Climate-Controlled, FDA-Registered Storage
Climate control protects gummies, cosmetics, supplements and anything else that can't sit through a Minnesota July or January. The facility is registered with the FDA. That registration covers the building; it isn't an approval of any product stored inside.
The Robot Pick Floor
Sixty Locus robots carry order containers through picking. That takes the walking out of an associate's shift, so their time goes to picking and scan verification.
A 50,000 Sq Ft Kitting Floor
Gift sets, subscription boxes, sample packs and retail displays get built on their own dedicated floor, in the same building as the inventory they draw from.
Orders In by 2 PM CST Ship the Same Day
The whole building works back from one deadline.
Daily orders received by 2 PM CST are picked, packed and handed to a carrier the same day. Every order leaves from this one central dock, so ground shipments reach any U.S. address in 1–3 days and your stock never gets split across regional warehouses.
Your account manager sits 30 feet from the warehouse floor. When an order needs a decision, the person who knows your program can walk over and look at it.
