KSP was founded on kitting

Every 3PL on your shortlist lists kitting on the menu. Few have it in their name or their floor plan. KSP does. Two marine veterans founded the company in 2012 as Kitting Solutions Plus, and full 3PL fulfillment grew out of that kitting floor. Kitting is the reason we exist, and it's why 20.9 million kits have gone out our door.

Robotic picking with human quality control

60 Locus autonomous mobile robots work the floor, with 10 million picks and counting. Orders received before 2 PM CST ship the same day. Every pick is barcode-scanned, KSP-reported order accuracy is 99.999%, and the WMS runs lot control and FEFO tracking for supplements, CBD and other regulated goods. When customers needed it, KSP picked and packed orders in under 30 minutes while maintaining 99.999% order accuracy.

KSP Fulfillment is a veteran-owned 3PL in Brooklyn Park, MN. We receive and store inventory, build kits, bundles, subscription boxes and retail displays to your spec, and ship DTC parcels and B2B pallets from the same building.

Do you handle both DTC and B2B (wholesale/retail) orders?

Yes, both from the same inventory pool. DTC parcels go out via multi-carrier small parcel; retail and wholesale pallets ship LTL/FTL with EDI compliance through our SPS Commerce partnership.

How fast can we onboard?
